Flu Control Steps

Please be considerate of your library workers and your fellow patrons. If you have an active case of the flu and/or have been asked not to go to work or send your children to school because of the flu, please do not visit the library.

We are happy to assist you in ways that do not endanger your health or the health of others:

You can renew items by phone, email, or on our website.

We can deliver books and other library materials to your home. Simply request items by phone or email.

Downloadable audiobooks that you can play on your computer or transfer to a portable device are available through our website. Call us for details.

The Centers for Disease Control recommends that you stay home except to get medical care if you are sick, until at least 24 hours after you no longer have ...

A fever (100 degrees Fahrenheit)

Signs of a fever (chills, very warm feeling, sweating, a flushed appearance)

...without the use of fever reducing medications.
