Knitting Goes to the Dogs!! |

Join Knitter Pam Anthony on the first and third Friday afternoons of the month from 3:00 - 5:00 PM. Bring your own project to knit, OR help make squares to be sewn into dog blankets for the adoptable dogs at the Stratham SPCA. This program is for all ages, but if you're in grades 1 - 5, we ask that you have prior knitting experience. If you're planning to help out the SPCA, please bring:
- worsted weight ACRYLIC yarn
- size 10 needles
- OR simply make a six by six square to donate!
The dogs will love you for it!

Please join us for a special evening celebrating kindergartners jump to first grade. We'll have refreshments, stories, and a discussion about getting a new library card and what responsibilities accompany having a library card. Kindly R.S.V.P @ 964-8401.

Story Time and Crafts - Wednesdays at 11:00 A.M. |
We welcome 3 to 6 year olds to join us for singing, dancing, fing er plays, stories and crafts.

Canine Assisted Reading Program |
 
Our special guest, “Hank” who is a black Labrador retriever, will sit with a young reader to listen to him or her practice and
improve their reading skills. Evidence indicates that for every year of reading to dogs, kids move ahead two years in school level. Join "Hank" this summer for a 15-minute practice reading session. (Hank will be availble in July) Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before your turn to pick out a book, or you can bring one from home! Sign
